12/14/05 - Finally added some new photos/pages for the following: Divandu; Chromido. nana, kingsleyae, and guntheri Ghana; Phenaco. urotaenia and sp. yellow; Micralestes from Ghana; Pelvicachromis pulcher Isokpo; Barbus walkeri; Rivulus brasiliensis.
05/18/05 - First real update in about a year! Additions/updates include: Pelmatochromis cf. buettikoferi, Tilapia louka, Tilap. tholloni, Tilap. brevimanus, Pelvicachromis sp. Blue Fin, Pelvic. pulcher "Isokpo," Foerschichys flavipinnis, Aphyosemion bitaeniatum, Aphyo. franzwerneri, Alestes sp. yellow fin, Brycinus longipinnis (and eggs!), Phenacogrammus "yellow," Phenac. "orange," Nannocharax fasciatus, Synodontis koensis, Nannostomus mortenthaleri, and others....
06/01/04 - Finally updated!! Added photos of Tilapia deckerti, Alcolapia alcalicus, Pelmatochromis cf. buettikoferi, Tylochromis cf. lateralis, Nanochromis sp. Green Speckle, Aphyoplatys duboisi and Chiloglanis disneyi.
11/20/02 - Updated N. dimidiatus Leza with photo of female guarding fry, also updated Fundulo. mirabilis traudeae photo.
11/12/02 - Updated Nano. dimidiatus Leza, T. tholloni, congo tilapia thing, also added newly imported fish - Tylochromis!, a Hemichromis sp. from DR Congo, and some Pervuvian cichlids and a characin.
10/16/02 - Added more photos - Nano. dimidiatus (leza type with a red dorsal), Oreochromis niloticus from the DR Congo, more T. tholloni and another Congo Tilapia, as well as a new Thysochromis sp. Also added Fundulopanchax arnoldi. Thanks to Melanie Stiassny and Anton Lamboj for their help with some of the ID's.
9/2/02 - Added photos of F. fallax spawning, updated photos of Pelmatochromis from DR Congo, including the female. Also added some more photos of Anton's fish - Hemichromis stellifer - Gabon form, P. sacrimontis, and the red eye buffalohead.
8/25/02 - Big thanks go out to Anton Lamboj for contibuting lots of photos of some rarely seen Nanochromis sp. - dimidiatus types, squamiceps, makoua, and others.
8/15/02 - Added Teleogramma brichardi + T. depressum - updated Tilapia sp. DR Congo (aff tholloni), and Pelmato DR. Congo.
7/14/02 - Added more Cameroonian fish photos - Paranano. longirostris and a newly found Paranano. sp. as well - Stomatepia mongo too. Also, added photos of Tilapia thing from the Congo. Once again special thanks to Tony Orso!
7/13/02 - Dr. Anton Lamboj has kindly contibuted some photos of new Chromidotilapia sp. from Gabon - C. mamonekenei and sp. Tchibanga. Paranano. longoristris, as well.
6/10/02 - Added Fund. batesii, Cteno. polli and a new Pelmatochromis sp. from the Congo to fishroom section.
5/1/02 - More photos of Cameroonian fish added to fishroom section - Tilapia snyderae and the Bermin killi! also Aphy. elberti.
2/16/02 - More photos of (mostly) Cameroon fish added to fishroom - Parananochromis, Chromidotilapia, among others - with many more to come. Again, special thanks to Tony Orso for bringing in many great species that have not been seen in a long time, and many that have never been imported to the USA before - also, for letting me photograph them in his fishroom.

12/9/01 - Photos added in Fishroom section - Cichlids and Killifish! Also, new appempt at thumbnails in Lake Bermin page. Some very interesting and rarely seen cichlids.

12/5/01 - Photos added of some new West African crater lake cichlids in the Miscellania section.
11/15/01 - Added some more cool photos of Schwetzochromis stormsi in the Fishroom section
11/10/01 - As you can see, this site is still lame - I am awaiting funding for a new digital camera so I don't have to scan slides anymore...Fixed the broken links finally...
3/11/01 - Today I found my male Poecilocharax weitzmani guarding a clutch of ca. 60 eggs on the roof of a length of 1" PVC pipe - Yahoo!
3/12/01 - Biotoecus opercularis article added as well as more photos added to fishroom section.
3/14/01 - The P. weitzmani eggs hatched and the wrigglers are now attached to the roof of the pipe - more pictures in the fishroom section.
